I'm a data scientist who builds wearable health technology at the intersection of rigorous science and real-world performance.
As a former collegiate basketball player, I’ve always been obsessed with the "why" behind performance. Today, I trade the court for data science, leveraging my background in biometric signals—heart rate, activity, sleep, and metabolic markers—to build products that help people understand their own bodies.
My career has spanned tech startups, government consulting, and medical devices, but my sweet spot is the intersection of technical depth and human performance. I’ve worked across the entire product lifecycle, from architecting automated annotation tools for algorithm development to leading clinical data strategy.
I thrive on bridging the gap between "what the sensor sees" and "what the user needs". Whether I’m collaborating with algorithm engineers to tune feature performance or synthesizing research into actionable product recommendations, I bring the same drive I had on the court to every technical challenge. I’m energized by the future of wearable tech and human performance, specifically roles that require a mix of biometric analysis, creative product strategy, and a deep understanding of how data can optimize the user's journey.
If you’re building the next generation of data-informed health and performance products, let’s connect!
Multimodal physiological data, time series analysis, sensor data quality & validation

Executive reporting & insights communication, custom visualization tools, dashboard development, technical storytelling for stakeholders
Stakeholder alignment across clinical, engineering & product teams, technical project leadership, knowledge sharing & mentorship
My work spans clinical data science, algorithm development, and product analytics in wearable health technology, with deep expertise in continuous physiological sensors and real-world validation.
As a Data Scientist on the Therapeutics Diagnostics & Insights team, I analyze CGM data alongside activity, sleep, and heart rate signals to understand user behavior and drive mobile app feature development. I collaborate closely with product managers and algorithm engineers to validate algorithm performance in the real world.
I built predictive models for population health outcomes and led the business analysis for a $2M data warehouse modernization project. This role taught me how to translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights for clinical and policy stakeholders—skills that directly translate to my current work in digital health.
Before transitioning fully to tech, I analyzed performance data for 200+ student-athletes across 26 NCAA teams at UC San Diego. This experience, combining my background as a college basketball player with emerging data science skills, showed me the power of using data to improve real-world outcomes for people.
I share insights on product management, health technology, and the future of digital health through writing, speaking engagements, and industry recognition.
